What is LIFETEL?

LIFETEL is an additional service to your health, safety and life.

We create an online record for medical emergencies with your medical history.

How does the service work?

It's very simple.
With your credentials in hand, go to the website and select the Join option from the menu. Enter the requested information (Beneficiary/Security Code) and complete the form with all the information requested.

You can access the service from any device with an internet or mobile network connection, and in the event of a medical emergency, all your medical history data will be at your fingertips.




Select the Join option from the menu and complete the online form in the LIFETEL system.	In case of an emergency, health care providers or passers-by can identify you as a LIFETEL user by your ID card and will be able to access the system and consult your medical records online.	This gives them access to your complete medical history.	Medical services will have accurate information about your usual medication.	Rescue workers will be able to reach your emergency contact named on your sworn statement to inform them of your situation and whereabouts.



This way, you are protected in the event of a medical emergency, and all your emergency contacts will be informed of your situation.
